Steven Trinidad is a graphic designer with a strong focus on handcrafted texture and a transparent, process-oriented approach to visual work. His design philosophy is rooted in capturing fleeting moments and reshaping them into something polished, thoughtful, and commercially resonant. Drawing from a background in both traditional and digital media, Trinidad blends handwritten elements, photography, and typography with structured layouts and a consistent visual rhythm.
He currently leads Creative Direction for Fawns Dawn, an independent design studio and collaborative partner of 2econd Site Recordings. His work for 2econd Site includes graphic design, visual branding, content editing, flyer design, and photo retouching. All content is optimized for a range of platforms, with attention paid to current trends in social media and popular culture. Notable projects include the design of screenprinted
t-shirts for 2econd Site pop-up events across New York and New Jersey, direction for the launch of fawnsdawn.com and its first merchandise release, as well as original media uploaded by Trinidad under
his artist alias, nohpetS.
The same level of creative attention carried into the founding visual identity for BVRBERIV, a contemporary barbershop located on Broadway in New Jersey. Early logo and layout sketches developed by Trinidad were later revisited for the brand’s merchandise, which continues to feature his original type and graphic work.
As a musician releasing under the name nohpetS, Trinidad also creates original drawings, cover art, and short-form content for platforms like Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. These visuals have contributed to a growing audience of over 50,000 followers on TikTok and more than 20,000 listeners on Spotify. He uses these platforms as testing grounds for visual experiments, developing new techniques before applying them to professional projects. Through this work, Trinidad has occasionally partnered directly with marketing teams to support brand engagement and media campaigns.
Trinidad specializes in vector graphics, large format printing, and logo development. He works regularly in Lightroom and Premiere Pro, while also using a full range of Creative Cloud programs to ensure his process remains flexible and cost-efficient. He is currently seeking new design opportunities that extend into physical fabrication and machine-based production, where digital design meets tactile craft.
